Whole30™ is a 30-day "detox" program designed to break our addictions to processed foods and sugar, so we can feel better and know what foods negatively affect our body. Unlike many detox programs, it's not about losing weight, counting calories, skipping meals, or only drinking juice. It's about eating real, nutritious, unprocessed foods so you can break food cravings and addictions and feel your best!

Class Meetings Dates:
The Whole30 Club will meet in person on select dates. We offer two class times- Monday evenings at 6 pm or Tuesday morning 9 am. Club begins April 23!
